OrthoGeorgia Hand and Upper Extremity departments are comprised of Occupational Therapists and Certified Hand Therapists who have acquired special knowledge and understanding of problems affecting the hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder.
Through collaboration with our physician, patient, and family, the therapist develops an individualized treatment program to restore physical components such as range of motion, strength, sensation, coordination, and function for daily tasks.
