Dr. Robinson specializes in the full spectrum of disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Robinson is a board-certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He has a particular interest in:
Dr. Robinson provides care for workers’ compensation injuries.
He earned a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He received a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Virginia, then completed a five-year orthopaedic surgery residency at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He then returned to the University of Virginia for a Hand and Upper Extremity fellowship.
Dr. Robinson is a former collegiate football player. He enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with his family. He speaks French and Spanish and enjoys traveling.
He has authored multiple research papers on hand & upper extremity and has presented on a national level. Dr. Robinson is one of OrthoGeorgia’s five Fellowship Trained hand surgeons, and we are the only facility in Central Georgia with physicians that hold this distinction.
