Bill Lindsey, MHA, FACMPE, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Lindsey is the Chief Executive Officer of OrthoGeorgia bringing over 27 years of healthcare management experience to our organization.  He is board certified and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE). 

A Fellow in the American College of Health Executives (FACHE), Mr. Lindsey serves on its Regional Advisory Council for the Georgia Coastal Plains Region. Mr. Lindsey also serves as Vice President of the Southeastern Association of Orthopaedic Executives (SAOE) Board of Directors. He also holds the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mr. Lindsey is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American College of Medical Practice Executives, American Association of Orthopaedic Executives, Southeastern Association of Orthopaedic Executives, Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives, Medical Group Management Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Macon Downtown Rotary Club.

Mr. Lindsey received his bachelor’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Mercer University Stetson School of Business & Economics, Cecil B. Day Campus in Atlanta.  He currently serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences at Middle Georgia State University and is a member of their School of Health Sciences Advisory Council. Mr. Lindsey serves as an advisor and honorary deputy for the Bibb County Sheriff’s office.
Mr. Lindsey is married with two children and his interests include spending time with family, weight lifting, team sports, and outdoor activities.
