OrthoGeorgia of Warner Robins, GA Welcomes Zaneb Yaseen, MD

Warner Robins, Georgia – July 2020 – Zaneb Yaseen, MD, started working in our Warner Robins office located at 301 Margie Drive (478) 971-1153 in April. Dr. Yaseen is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine. She has particular interests in arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, and hip, as well as joint replacement of the shoulders and knees.

Dr. Yaseen’s Orthopaedic Interests and Experience

Dr. Yaseen enjoys working with athletes at all levels of competition. She has been an assistant team physician for several college teams and even assisted with professional teams, including the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers and the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins. Most recently she was the team physician for Cornell University before moving to Warner Robins for an opportunity to return back to the South and join a highly respected and reputable practice.

Dr. Yaseen earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in electrical engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from The George Washington University. She received her Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee and completed her orthopaedic residency program at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Yaseen additionally completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

After practicing in New York for 4.5 years, Dr. Yaseen, her husband, five-year-old twins, and her mother decided as a family to move to Houston County. Dr. Yaseen is enjoying working with Dr. Todd Kinnebrew and Dr. Brian Ludwig and getting involved in the Houston County community. Dr. Kinnebrew says, “Dr. Yaseen is a welcome addition to the OrthoGeorgia team in Warner Robins – she will help you get back to doing what you enjoy!”
