1. Front Desk Clerk

 Front Desk Clerk will assist with patient flow and providing information within the clinic at the front desk check-in. Some of the required duties for the Front Desk Clerk are; Collect all data required for new patient registration, Answers phones, make appointments, and Collect Co-pays, outstanding patient balances, and surgery payments. This position will perform a variety of administrative functions with a focus on customer service. The Front Desk Clerk will contribute to the morale and success of  OrthoGeorgia through service, teamwork, integrity, professionalism, compassion and respect, This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year in a medical office setting preferred. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of EMRs (preferably Athena), precertification process, medical terminology and general understanding of insurance policies. This individual will have outstanding customer service, the ability to work independently and multitask.
