Michelle Jackson is a native of the South Pacific Island of Guam and has resided in Macon, GA since 1995. She graduated from the American Professional

Institute in 2005 after studying Massage Therapy. She is a full-time Licensed Massage therapist and is dedicated to professional, therapeutic massage

customized for each individual's needs. She specializes in:

Swedish Massage - a gentle and relaxing massage in which long, smooth strokes are used to

relax and relieve tension of the superficial layers of muscle

Deep Tissue Massage - a massage that targets the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue.

It's used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, or recovery from injury.

Prenatal Massage - prenatal massage is recommended in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy

to help reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression.

Sports Massage - a combination of techniques are used to loosen muscle and increase flexibility, designed

for people who are involved in increased physical activity. Strokes are generally faster than Swedish Massage.

Mon - Thurs 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
