Zumba!
A Latin-inspired fitness phenomenon that combines a total body workout with fat-burning dance moves. It is a spicy combination of salsa, Merengue, samba and other tropical tempos. No dance background or coordination required. Burn 500 calories in one class. It's easy, aerobic, and makes anyone look positively CALIENTE!

A thirty minute class targeting your abs, back and glutes!
Monday/Wednesday from 5:05 -5:35 pm

PY Fusion!
PY Fusion is a blend of the best from the arts of Pilates & Yoga. The goal of PY Fusion is to
increase core stability & strength, increase flexibility, and cultiviate a sense of calm
in the midst of your otherwise stressful day.

Boot Camp Blast!
BootCamp Blast is an abbreviated version of our Booty BootCamp, a 7-week cardio-intense training
program designed to tone your body and increase endurance, held every fall and spring.
The focus of BootCamp Blast classes alternates weekly between cardio-based and strength-based to give you a
blast of BootCamp energy and help you maintain the fitness level you acheived during Booty BootCamp.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 - 6:30 pm
Beginning Monday, June 21st
Cost is $5 per class or free with the purchase of a $40 10-class pass.
You do not have to be a Booty BootCamp participant to take BootCamp Blast
